Policy Structure

Privacy built with clarity, control, and no hidden data storage.

This Privacy Policy explains how PLICH SP Z O O handles privacy for Crane Build and related services. The core principle is simple: the Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal data through normal use.

Privacy Policy for Crane Build.

Effective date: July 9, 2026. This policy applies to the Crane Build mobile application for mobile devices and any related services operated by PLICH SP Z O O.

Who operates the Application?

This Privacy Policy applies to the Crane Build app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by PLICH SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.

Company address: 43-49 Ul. Kazimierzowska, Warszawa, 02-572, Poland.

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not create user accounts.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This technical data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is sold, rented, traded, disclosed, or shared with third parties by the Service Provider.

Opt-out rights

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no in-app data collection to opt out from. You may stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application. If a child voluntarily contacts the Service Provider by other means, a parent or guardian may contact PLICH to request assistance.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal. However, no technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards for any systems it operates.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect or retain personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting Application user data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided directly to PLICH, the Service Provider will respond and notify affected persons where required by applicable law.

Data Retention

PLICH does not collect or store personal data through normal use of Crane Build. Because no personal data is collected, there is no personal data retained by the Application.

If you voluntarily contact PLICH by email or another direct communication channel, the information you choose to provide is used only to respond to your request. PLICH does not use that information for tracking, advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling.

Data Deletion

Because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal data, there is normally no Application data for PLICH to delete. Uninstalling Crane Build removes the Application from your device.

If you voluntarily contacted PLICH and want any information you provided in that communication deleted, you may request deletion by contacting support@plich.ink. PLICH will delete or anonymize such information where technically possible and legally permitted.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Changes to this Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Previous versions may be made available upon request by contacting PLICH.
